Return & Refund Policy for Happinessa Merch

Thank you for purchasing official Happinessa merchandise ("Merch"). These items are managed and fulfilled by Aura Digital Advertising Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Because of the exclusive and collectible nature of these items, we handle returns with specific care.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee Window
You have exactly 7 calendar days from the date the item is marked as delivered to request a return. We encourage you to inspect the merchandise upon arrival. If you are not fully satisfied with the tangible quality of the merch, you may return it within this window.
2. Condition of Returned Merchandise
Inspection Period: We understand that as official merch, you may wish to handle and inspect the item closely. You have 7 days to inspect the item.
Return Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must not be damaged due to customer mishandling beyond the original state.
Non-returnable Items: Due to the exclusive nature of this collection, items returned after the 7-day window, showing damage not present at initial delivery, or items lacking their original authentication packaging (if applicable) cannot be refunded.
3. Return Shipping & Deductions
If you initiate a return within the 7-day window, you must contact our support team at contact@auradigitaladvertising.co.uk to receive a return shipping authorization.
The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount.
The item must be shipped back to our designated US warehouse address provided during the return authorization process.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our US warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed for the cost of the item minus the return shipping cost, to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
