Shipping policy

Processing & Authenticity (The Delay): All "Happinessa Merch" items undergo a rigorous 2-4 business day "Authenticity & Scent-Infusion" process at our designated warehouse before they are dispatched.  

US Domestic Shipping: Once processed, items are shipped via local carriers. Expect delivery within 3-5 business days after the processing window is complete.  

International Shipping (From US/Germany): For fans outside the primary fulfillment zones, shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on customs and local courier speeds.  

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided only after the "Authenticity Window" is closed and the item has physically left the facility.
